"If a vehicle or a trailer exceeds maximum allowable measurements (further just “oversized transport”), or exceeds maximum allowable weight (further just “heavy cargo”), or if a vehicle or a trailer is transporting indivisible cargo in excess of maximum authorized dimensions or maximum authorized weight, it may be used in traffic on road communications only with permission for specific use under a separate regulation."
